Louis N. Vinios: 

Joined the family business full-time immediately after graduating from Princeton with a degree in economics in 1979. He has held a variety of positions within the company and has been involved in every project undertaken by the company since 1980.


Taki G. Pantazopoulos:

Mr. Pantazopoulos joined in business with his father-in-law, Nicholas Vinios, in 1987. He has been overseeing Development, Construction,  Project Management and Leasing for JPA since 1987. He is a graduate of the Boston University College of Engineering.


James M. Baker: 

Prior to joining JPA in April of 2009, Mr. Baker has been a Principal in various residential and mixed use developments throughout the Greater Boston area for the last twenty years. From 1999 through 2007, Mr. Baker was a General Partner in Barrington Partners, a private equity firm with an investment focus on early stage technology companies. Specifically, Mr. Baker’s investment responsibility included companies focused on the real estate industry and applying technology to improve efficiencies within various activities related to the industry. Prior to Barrington, Mr. Baker was a Vice-President at Fleet Bank in the Commercial Loan Workout Division and Asset Based Lending Division. Mr. Baker graduated from Babson College with a B.S. in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies.


Suresh Motipara:

Mr. Motipara, Corporate Controller of JPA, joined the company as a co-op student from Northeastern University in 1971 and earned an MBA from Babson College while working at JPA.


Jonathan Diamandis: 

Mr. Diamandis joined JPA as property manager and lease administrator in 2008. After graduating from Providence College with a BA in History, he spent 3 years working construction and also worked for D & D Management, a small investment firm whose primary focus was residential property investment. Mr. Diamandis is a Licensed Massachusetts builder, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, and has recently been awarded the Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Finance by the Real Estate Finance Association, after completing the required course work at the Boston University Center for Professional Education.
